Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings subject to a minimum of 50% non-refundable cancellation fee.
2. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of full booking. (this is also applicable to all “no-shows” and premature departures)
3. All conditions apply irrespective of whether a deposit has been paid or C/C details provided
4. Non-arrivals or arrivals after 6pm on due date without advice by email to the contrary, we will assume a no-show and the room will be re-let.
5. Note arrival after 2 PM – Departure no later than 10 AM
6. Accommodation to be paid in cash or credit card on arrival.
7. Agents Full non-refundable prepayment to be made 30days prior to date of arrival.

Indemnity

1. Guests attend this establishment at their own risk.
2. Vehicles are parked in the parking area at owners risk.
3. The proprietor, it’s agent/s and / or its employees (“the proprietor”) shall not be liable for, and the guest/s waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
4. Guests in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
